Det er et kjent fenomen at testosteronniv\u00e5et blant menn i utviklede land har sunket betydelig de siste ti\u00e5rene. Det er ingen enighet om n\u00f8yaktig hva som for\u00e5rsaker dette, men det finnes mange teorier som delvis forklarer hvorfor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det snakkes ikke veldig mye om dette problemet i vanlig media \u2013 kanskje fordi det er enn\u00e5 er en del usikkerhet, og til og med uenighet om at synkende testosteron er et problem i det hele tatt. Det er heller ingen enkel l\u00f8sning helsemyndighetenen kan iverksette for \u00e5 l\u00f8se problemet. Men heldigvis er det flere ting de fleste individer som vet om problemet kan gj\u00f8re. Senere vil de mest trolige \u00e5rsakene diskuteres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passivt stress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En ofte diskutert \u00e5rsak til synkende testosteronniv\u00e5 er passiv stress blant menn. Folk jobba kanskje hardere f\u00f8r, men var ikke under kontinuerlig stress. Ikke bare er det flere som «jobber med hjernen» n\u00e5, men folk lever ogs\u00e5 under prestasjonspress for \u00e5 f\u00e5 hverdagen til \u00e5 g\u00e5 rundt. Hente barn i barnehagen, kj\u00f8re dem til fotballtrening, planlegge ferier osv. er ikke bekymringer menn i tidligere generasjoner tok s\u00e5 seri\u00f8st. Mangel p\u00e5 konkurranse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00c5 ha en passiv livsstil uten \u00e5 regelmessig oppn\u00e5 m\u00e5l og kjempe for tilv\u00e6relsen kan v\u00e6re en \u00e5rsak b\u00e5de til depresjon og lavere testosteron. Det er ikke negativt \u00e5 ha det komfortabelt mtp mangel p\u00e5 stress, men man mister fort motivasjonen n\u00e5r man ikke har noe motstand, utfordringer eller m\u00e5l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mangel p\u00e5 \u00e5 jevnlig ta del i en slags konkurranse kan v\u00e6re en \u00e5rsak til lavere testosteron. I v\u00e5r tid er vi stort sett garantert det man typisk m\u00e5 kjempe for i en naturlig tilstand \u2013 mat, varme, tak over hodet. Men mange mangler en dypere mening, gode venner og en ektefelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kosthold<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Det er godt mulig at det moderne kostholdet ogs\u00e5 er en \u00e5rsak til lavere testosteronniv\u00e5. Mye av det man finner i nesten alle ferdigpakkede matvarer er ingredienser som aldri har blitt spist noe s\u00e6rlig av hverken mennesker eller dyr. Store mengder sukker, vegetabilske oljer, emulgator, sojalecitin og en dr\u00f8ss andre ting. Store mengder sukker er kjent for \u00e5 for\u00e5rsake en rekke lidelser, inkludert fedme og diabetes. Fettoljer i vegetabilske oljer har en virkning p\u00e5 hormoner. Konserveringsmidler og andre kjemikalier skaper endringer i tarmsystemet, men virkningene av disse er ikke godt kjent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
